With a maximum measurement of 440 lbs (200 kg), the GD DYNO-200 is one of the strongest hand grip dynamometers on the market. Even if you have as strong a grip as a chimpanzee, the GD DYNO hand dynamometer will withstand your strong grip. The body is a heat treated 4 mm steel plate with knurled aluminium handles and stainless steel pins. The handles do not flex, so your grip force is transferred directly to the weight sensor with nothing lost, unlike plastic testers that absorb part of the force.

Easy to Use

Simply hold the dynamometer in your hand and squeeze. Rest the lower handle in your palm and set the spacing so your fingers grab the upper handle at the second knuckle. Press the measuring button, and after the beep drop your arm beside your thigh, squeeze as hard as you can and hold for about 3 seconds. The display shows your highest reading. Measure each hand twice and note the average. The UNIT button switches between kg and lb. Its compact size also makes it easy to carry with you wherever you go.

Powering the Device

Requires two AAA alkaline batteries (not included). Insert the batteries, a beep sounds and you can start measuring immediately.
