The company Atrusa LLC processes your personal data, as this is necessary for the performance of a purchase agreement (or for taking steps prior to the conclusion of such an agreement), and it also processes your personal data that are required for the fulfilment of the company’s legal obligations under public law.

1. The controller of your personal data is the company Atrusa LLC, with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States of America, Company Identification Number: 2026-001865282 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
2. The contact details of the controller are: e-mail: info@gdposilnovace.sk, tel.: +421 903 228 171.
3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.
Sources of Processed Personal Data
1. The controller processes personal data provided by the buyer with their consent and which the controller obtained based on the fulfillment of the purchase contract and the processing of an electronic order in the internet shop www.gdgrip-sk.com.
2. The controller processes only identification and contact data of the buyer necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract.
3. The controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settlement of payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required under special legal regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to other countries.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:
1. For the purpose of registration on the website www.gdgrip-sk.com according to Section 13 (1) letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
2. For the purpose of processing the buyer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, telephone number).
3. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the controller.
4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract.
Personal Data Retention Period
1. The controller stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the controller and for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
2. After the expiry of the personal data retention period, the controller is obliged to delete the data.
Recipients and Processors of Personal Data
The third party receiving the buyer's personal data are the controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are strictly related to the successful fulfillment of the purchase contract and electronic order between the controller and the buyer.
The controller's subcontractors are:
- Shoptet, a.s. (e-shop system),
- Packeta Slovakia s. r. o. (delivery service),
- Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o. (delivery service),
- Express One Slovakia s.r.o. (delivery service),
- Google Analytics (website analysis),
- Barion (payment gateway)
- Google Inc.,
- Meta Platforms, Inc.
Rights of the Buyer
Under the conditions set out in the Act, the buyer has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify personal data,
- erase personal data,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address info@gdposilnovace.sk,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.
Personal Data Security
1. The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data.
2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure personal data storage, in particular securing computer access with a password, using an antivirus program, and regular computer maintenance.
Final Provisions
1. By sending an electronic order on the website www.gdgrip-sk.com, the buyer confirms that they have been informed about the personal data protection conditions and that they accept them in their entirety.
2. The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order.
3. The controller is entitled to change these rules at any time. A new version of the rules must be published on their website.
