If you need to return your item within the 14-day cooling-off period, please select this option.
If you prefer a paper form, you can download it below.
1. 14-Day Returns
- Download the Contract-withdrawal-form
- Fill out and sign the form, then include it in the package with the undamaged item.
- Please send the item clean, in its original packaging, and with all enclosed documents.
2. Warranty Claims
- Download the WARRANTY CLAIM FORM.
- Describe the product defect in detail within the form and specify your preferred solution.
- Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice).

Important notice: All return shipping and warranty claim delivery costs are borne entirely by the buyer. Do not send items cash on delivery (COD). Packages sent via COD do not meet our return conditions, will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender.
