Most push-up handles on the market are made from plastic or welded steel tubing that can loosen and begin to squeak over time. GD EXPUSH METAL feature a detachable bolted construction combining an S45C carbon steel base with a stainless steel handle. Unlike welded designs, the connection can be tightened or disassembled whenever needed, making them convenient even for travel. GD EXPUSH METAL are built to provide reliable performance through years of intensive training.
Each handle rests on four silicone anti-slip pads that provide exceptional grip on hardwood floors, tiles and carpets alike. They help keep the handles firmly in place during explosive push-ups or one-arm weight transfers, while also protecting your floor from scratches and reducing noise.
The handles are covered with premium silicone rather than rubber or foam that deteriorates over time. Silicone remains grippy even with sweaty hands, cushions pressure on the palms and helps prevent discomfort during training. I have tried several push-up bars, but the EXPUSH METAL are pleasantly heavy and feel very stable. The bottom is rubberized so they do not slide anywhere, and the height is just right for push-ups. The best push-up bars out there. Highly recommend!!
