All-metal construction that will not bend

Most push-up bars on the market are made of plastic or welded iron tubes that loosen over time and start to squeak. GD EXPUSH METAL uses a detachable bolted construction, the S45C carbon steel base is complemented by a handle made of a stainless steel bar. The joint is stronger than a weld, does not corrode and can be re-tightened or taken apart at any time, for example when travelling. It is a piece of equipment for life, one day even your children can inherit it.

Extreme stability with every rep

Each stand rests on four points with non-slip silicone pads. They grip parquet, tiles and carpet firmly, so the bars will not move even during explosive push-ups or when shifting your weight onto one arm. The silicone also protects your floor from scratches and dampens noise.

Premium silicone grip

The handles are coated with high-quality silicone, not rubber or foam that falls apart over time. Silicone does not slip even with sweaty palms, absorbs pressure on your hands and prevents calluses, so you can focus on your workout, not on sore hands. The handle is also slightly thicker than on regular bars, so your palm rests on a larger surface and comfortably handles even long sets under full body weight.

Greater range of motion and healthy wrists

The raised grip lets you go deeper than with classic floor push-ups. Your chest, shoulders and triceps work through a greater range of motion and every rep is more effective. Your wrists stay in a natural neutral position instead of bending to 90°, which significantly reduces strain and pain.

How to train?

• Classic push-ups – bars at shoulder width, lower your chest as deep as possible, use the full range of motion.
• Wide push-ups – more emphasis on the chest.
• Narrow (diamond) push-ups – more emphasis on the triceps.
• Plank and L-sit – the stable metal base can also handle static holds and gymnastic elements.

Always exercise on a flat, solid surface and check that the joints are tight before training.
