The grip tape was created based on feedback from customers who did hundreds of squeezes a day and complained about sore palms and blisters. The flexible rubber layer cushions the pressure of the handle on your palm and fingers, so you can handle longer sets and repeat your training day after day without unpleasant skin burning.

Long-lasting hold without adhesive

The wrap stays firmly in place, no sticky adhesives are needed. That means you can remove it at any time without leaving any sticky residue on the handles of your grip strengthener.

Fits every grip strengthener

It is designed to hold on rough metal handles as well as smooth plastic grippers. It is of course ideal for GD IRON GRIP strengtheners, which the manufacturer tuned it for, but it will serve well with any grip strengthener that causes uncomfortable pressure or slips in your hand. The package contains 2 pieces, so you can wrap both handles at once.

Applied in a minute, replaceable at any time

No glue or tools. Gently stretch the strip and wrap it spirally around the handle with a slight overlap, press the end down and you are done. When the wrap wears out over time, simply unwrap it and replace it with a new one, the handle of your gripper stays untouched.
